PRESENTATION

DSD VTC PRESTIGE is a simplified joint-stock company, registered with the Trade and Companies Register under the number SIRET: 901 648 741, whose registered office is located in Paris, France (hereinafter the “Company”).

The Company offers a passenger transport service by passenger car with driver (VTC), accessible only by reservation via the website www.heuffers-service.com or by telephone.

The use of the service constitutes full acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale (GTC).

1. OBJECT OF THE SERVICES

The Company provides a high-end transport service with a driver, in accordance with the provisions of the Transport Code, in particular articles L.3122-1 et seq., as well as Decree No. 2014-1725 of 30 December 2014.

2. RESERVATION

2.1 Prerequisites

Any order implies acceptance of these GTCs. The customer must be of age and legally capable of contracting.

2.2 Reservation process

The customer shall enter the place of departure, the destination, the date, the time and the choice of a vehicle. A tariff estimate is proposed if all fields are completed. The order is validated upon receipt of a confirmation by e-mail or SMS.

2.3 Early bookings

It is possible to book up to 30 days in advance, with a minimum of 1 hour before the race. The Company reserves the right to refuse an order according to availability.

2.4 Airports

The customer must enter the airport, the date and the flight number. In the event of incorrect information, the Company shall not be liable.

2.5 Booking by telephone

The service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by calling a non-surcharged number.

2.6 Online booking

Payment can be made via a secure platform. No additional charges will be applied, except for waiting costs or changes to the journey.

2.7 Obligations of the client

The customer must present himself at the agreed time. A free waiting period of 8 minutes is granted, in excess of the charges (see Article 5). After 18 minutes, the driver can leave the premises.

The customer is responsible for his behaviour and for any damage caused to the vehicle. The use of the belt is mandatory.

2.8 Obligations of the company

The Company makes every effort to allocate a driver within the requested time, without guaranteeing immediate availability.

3. 3. CANCELLATION

The customer may cancel his reservation at least 3 hours before the scheduled departure for a full refund.

In the event of late cancellation or no-show, the entire race shall be charged.

4. PERSONAL DATA

In accordance with the GDPR and the Information Technology and Liberties Act, the customer has the right to access, rectify and delete data by writing to contact-heaters-service.com.

The data are used only for the management of the service. No resale to third parties shall be carried out without prior consent.

5. WORKING COSTS

  • Standard vehicle: 0.50 – TTC / minute

  • High-end vehicle: 0.90 TTC/minute

These charges are to be paid directly to the driver.

6. PAYMENT

Payment may be made:

  • Online (secure site)

  • To the driver (CB or cash)

7. FACTURATION

An invoice is sent by e-mail to the address provided at the time of booking, after payment of the race.

8. IMPLEMENTATION OF TRANSPORT

The journey begins to climb the customer into the vehicle and ends when he descends.

The driver reserves the right to refuse a customer on the grounds of security or behaviour (disecond state, dangerous luggage, etc.).

9. QUALITY AND COMPLIANCE

9.1 Regulation

All drivers hold a professional VTC card. Vehicles comply with the regulations in force.

9.2 Insurance

The Company is covered by professional insurance. Passengers are insured throughout the journey for any damage, except in cases of personal injury.

11. APPLICABLE LAW

These GTCs are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties undertake to seek an angular settlement before any legal proceedings. Otherwise, the courts in Paris will have sole jurisdiction.
